I had the pleasure of working with Chris on a purchase of a luxury grade waterfront property in Bellevue. The property had multiple offers within just a few days of being on the market which required a level of expertise, insight and artful negotiation that most realtors do not readily possess. Over a 3 day period of dozens of discussions including late night phone calls we were ultimately successful in getting to mutual acceptance with the sellers.
